Tranches are paid as follows:

30% advance for booking

70% one week before the start of the stay.

The cancellation of a reservation can be made without incurring advance penalties up to 3 weeks before the start of the stay.

Cancellation of a firm reservation less than 3 weeks before the start of the stay brings   a penalty equivalent to the full value of the advance for accommodation services.

No-show (or non-honored reservation) means the confirmed and uncancelled reservation as a result of which the client did not arrive at the resort on the set date. In case the client does not show up at the hotel, the amount paid in advance is retained in full.

In the event of a National Emergency, the advance or payment for the stay is returned in full.
